Frequently asked questions (FAQ) about deliveries
How can I track my order?
All shipments are shipped with a track & trace code. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code and a link to track your order.
What happens if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?
If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a card with further instructions. You can then choose to have the package delivered again, pick it up at a pickup point or have a neighbor take it.
It says my order has been delivered, but I haven't received anything yet. What can I do?
First check with your neighbors to see if they have received your order. If they have not received anything, wait another four business days. Our experience shows that your order will still be delivered within this period, even if it is already stated that it has been delivered.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed an order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped, you can change your delivery address by contacting our customer service team.
What if my order is delayed?
Although we make every effort to deliver your order on time, sometimes delays can occur. Please contact our customer service team if your package is taking longer than expected. We will be happy to help you.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We need a physical address to ensure your package is delivered safely and correctly.
Are there additional charges for international deliveries?
Some countries may charge extra for shipping outside the Netherlands. These charges are clearly stated during the checkout process.
