At Von Dur Land Rovers, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. We offer free returns for consumer orders.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form or send an email to info@vondur-landrovers-parts.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund.
Product Condition Requirements
Returned products must be in good condition and sent back in their original packaging. The product may be tested to assess its function, but it should not show any signs of use such as scratches, dirt, or other wear and tear. If the product is not returned in its original state, we cannot accept the return and no refund will be issued.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds will always be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you paid with a Von Dur Land Rovers gift card or voucher, you will receive a new voucher for the refunded amount.
Exceptions to Returns
Some items are not eligible for return:
- Business Customers – Business-to-business (B2B) purchases are not eligible for return under consumer rights regulations.
- Customized Products – Items that are custom-made to order cannot be returned, unless the product is defective or a mistake was made by us.
- Special Order Products – Products that are ordered on request specifically for the customer are non-returnable.
