What is the delivery time of my order?
We apply a standard delivery time of 1-2 working days in The Netherlands. We ship all orders to customers with PostNL or DHL. The moment we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.

I would like to return my order. What is your return procedure?
You always get a 14-day cooling-off period upon purchase. If the product you ordered is not to your satisfaction, you can return your order to us free of charge. You can request this by email at info@vondur-landrovers-parts.com and you will be credited with the order amount within 5 working days of receipt.
I received a damaged delivery. What should I do?
We always try to deliver as many shipments as possible safely, but sometimes things can go wrong. This is no problem at all because all you have to do is send us an email to info@vondur-landrovers-parts.com with order number with a picture of the damage and we will be able to send you an appropriate solution immediately.
I would like to order business or need a quote. How can I do that?
